Our Single Item Collection service provides a simple, convenient and fully licensed way to have individual items collected and responsibly disposed of.
Items listed within our Single Item Fees are charged at the published fixed item rates shown below.
Single Item pricing is fixed and is not calculated by weight.
If you have mixed/general rubbish, loose waste or a larger clearance rather than individually priced items, our weight-based pricing may apply instead.
Single Item Collection Availability
This service is currently available in the following boroughs: Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley, Bromley, and Dartford.
£49.99 Minimum Collection Charge
A £19.99 booking fee applies to every Single Item Collection, plus the applicable item charges shown below.
All Single Item Collection bookings are subject to a minimum total collection charge of £49.99.
The £19.99 booking fee and your item charges count towards the £49.99 minimum — the £49.99 is not an additional charge.
Example: If your booking fee and item charges total £39.99, you will pay £49.99. If they total £69.99, you will pay £69.99.
Which Pricing Applies?
If your collection consists of up to 5 individually identifiable items listed within our Single Item Fees, those items are charged at the published fixed item rates shown below.
Single Item pricing is fixed and is not calculated by weight.
Weight-based pricing is intended for mixed/general rubbish, loose waste, bagged waste and larger clearances rather than individually priced items.
Where an item is specifically listed within our Single Item Fees or Fixed Charges, the published item charge will apply.

Important Information
Maximum 5 items per booking. Single Item pricing applies to collections of up to 5 individually identifiable items.
Fixed-price items are not weighed. Where an item is listed within our Single Item Fees or Fixed Charges, the published item price applies rather than our weight-based pricing.
Miscellaneous Small Items: Multiple small general household items may be grouped together as one £15 miscellaneous item where their combined volume does not exceed approximately one standard bin liner. Items already listed separately, or subject to a fixed or specialist disposal charge, cannot be included within this allowance.
Please make sure your booking accurately reflects the items being collected. If additional items are presented, or an item is materially different from the description booked, any revised charge will be explained and agreed before collection.
